Our Events

Guided by our Mission, the Harmony for Ohio Foundation produces charity events that create memories while doing good.

Tabfest

Tabfest started as an organized party in 1998. The goal was to have a good time and to collect aluminum can tabs for donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities. The party was a huge success, so Tabfest became an annual event the following year, as the event featured a DJ and a larger venue. Once again the event was a success and plans quickly turned toward making the 3rd Tabfest a two-day charity music festival with camping. We moved the venue to the Mendon Speedway at the Grand Lake Motorcycle Club for the first music festival version of Tabfest and the rest is history.

Turkey Trot

The Harmony for Ohio Foundation has proudly hosted an annual Turkey Trot every year since 2008. The 5K event has hosted hundreds of runners and walkers from all over Ohio. The event takes place every Thanksgiving morning and features a lovely course that routes participants through beautiful Minster, Ohio. The Turkey Trot is fortunate to receive help from so many generous sponsors who help to make the event world class.

Golf Outings

Register for the 2024 HFOF Charity Golf Outing now! It will be hosted at the Medallion Club in Westerville, Ohio, on June 5.

As charity golf events go, the annual tournament hosted by the Harmony for Ohio Foundation tends to be uniquely entertaining. Since 2014, the venue for the scramble golf outing has rotated from course to course -- spanning central Ohio and reaching Auglaize and Mercer Counties as well. Much like the Turkey Trot, the golf outing is buoyed by the support of so many golfers -- hobby hackers as well as the serious players -- along with dozens of philanthropic families, organizations and businesses.
